Fees & Insurance

We accept self pay(out of pocket) and commercial insurance.

 

We are in-network(INN)with the following:

 

   Anthem    Anthem BCBS    Blue Cross Blue Shield   

Caresource (Commercial)      Encore        Optum    SIHO  (Southeastern Health Organization)

Tricare/Humana (Approved Provider yet considered out of network

AS OF Januaury 2022 We will no longer be INN with Anthem/BCBS 

You may yet use your insurance benefits-out of network(ONN).


ONN is for insurance plans that we are not "in network' with, yet they may yet reimburse for services. 

If you have insurance that we do not take, we will provide you with a Bill/Invoice. You can submit this to your insurance company to ask for direct reimbursement of services rendered.

Questions to ask your insurance company?

When using insurance, please contact your insurance company with the following questions before setting up an appointment, as information is not always available to providers:

What are my mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible?/ Have I met my deductible?

How much is my co-pay?

How many visits are allowed?

Is approval required from my primary care physician/family doctor?

Is Theresa White (LMHC)or In Time Creative Counseling Services in network with you?

What is the procedure for working with an out of network provider?

 

 

We do not accept any form of Medicare/Medicaid/HIP at this time

Sliding Scale offered for those that qualify-- must inquire

 

Intake evaluation Assessment: $180 (60min) 

Individual Counseling: $75 (30min), $95(45min) or $135 (60min)

Couples/ Family: (60min) $150

 

Drama Therapy: $150 per individual session (50-60 min)

                      $400 for 3 Sessions (paid in advance)

                      $800 for 6 Sessions (paid in advance)

Group session fee: $50-60 per group session (per participant)

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards(including HSA) as forms of payment. You may also send payment through our business paypal account—(www.Paypal.me/InTimeCCS) or bring in payment at time of your session.

NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE DAY OR BEFORE THE DAY SERVICES ARE RENDERED. (e.g. insurance copay or full fee for self pay)

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If you miss your session without notifying the provider, you may be charged a no-show fee.
