Theresa (pronounced THA-Resa) is the founder and CEO (Chief Expressive Officer) of In Time Creative Counseling Services (In Time CCS) and has been a counselor for more than 15 years. Her experience includes working in the Indiana State prison system and community mental health agencies with youth and adults ranging from ages 3-78 years of age with various levels of functioning. She uses the following techniques in sessions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused, Brief Therapy faith -based and creative/expressive arts to help people reach their desired goals.

She has a love for writing and the arts. She has written, directed, and produced multiple theater productions through her theater company Innovative Anointed Ministries (I AM). She enjoys teaching and conducting mental health seminars and seeing people gain awareness. Theresa has taught on topics such as: Suffering In Silence: Taking off the mask; Deadly Addictions, Speak Life: Suicide Prevention for the faith-based community, Depression & Suicide in Teens; Crisis Management for Youth Workers, How to Handle Irate clients (workplace seminar), and more.

Theresa is passionate about working with youth, adults and families and bringing an innovative therapy modality to new areas (e.g. Drama Therapy & Creative Arts Therapy)

She is the author of "GRIP (Grief Recovery Is Possible) by grace: An Expressive Arts Journal" and "Asking all them questions: 10 ways to respond to family members during the holidays."
